How to Market your Veterinary Practice on Facebook

It is difficult to get ideas for regular posts on Facebook for vets.  The vets are more interested in running their practice, and they cannot afford Facebook updates if they need to think about their clients. You should encourage your followers to interact more. Shake up the content to keep it fresh. Get more followers for your Facebook page by following these five secrets.

  1. News is an important part of Facebook. If you announce news on Facebook, it may be on new equipment, new specialties, office hours etc. We believe more news on the Facebook page, makes it more popular among the followers. The page is liked more, and it gets more followers.
  2. The vet should be able to surprise the audience on Facebook. You can post an interesting picture, for example an X-ray.
  3. You can post real case studies of the patients on the Facebook page, ask for feedback to increase the popularity of the page. It increases the number of followers. Running a promotion, and a contest increases the number of fans.
  4. Facebook offers many business tools. Polls can be used to get opinion from clients. The clients can offer their opinion on services, and in services which will be added in future in the clinic.
  5. Facebook ads can be used to reach out to clients. You can select where your ad appears, and frequency. The ads will be charged per click, and per impression. You can view the number of people who click on the ad, and you can limit your expenses according to your budget.
